*Important Policy Updates – Fall 2019*

The following Policies will be STRICTLY enforced beginning September 1, 2019:

 

Check-In

All Members and guests Must check in at the Front Desk each visit BEFORE entering court area.  In order to enter BT, you must be a paid Member or have paid a guest fee and signed a guest waiver.  Any person(s) not signed in at the Front Desk will be considered trespassing.

 

Guests

A $10.00 guest fee will be charged to all non-Members.  All guests MUST proceed directly to the front desk and fill out a guest waiver on their first visit.  If a guest does not check in at the front desk, he or she will be considered trespassing.  Guests cannot reserve courts whatsoever.

  

Payments

Payments are due before services are rendered.  All payments must be completed at check-in BEFORE entering court area.  Members are strongly encouraged to maintain a valid credit card on file.  Credit cards stored on Member accounts will only be used with the permission of the Member.  Members with cards on file may elect to use any accepted form of tender to pay for any service.

In the event that a customer without a credit card on file utilizes any offered service or court rental and leaves the premises before rendering payment, the customer MUST rectify the resulting account balance before being permitted any further use of the Club.  If there is a second instance of failure to pay before services are rendered, the customer will be required to register and maintain a valid credit card on file OR make payments to their account as a credit sufficient to cover all scheduled services and court rentals.

 

Sign-Up

Sign-up is required for all Adult and Junior programming and House and Travel leagues and practices.  Sign-ups should be completed no later than 7:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled service.  To sign up for any BT service, please contact the Front Desk.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation for all court rentals and services (Adults Clinics, Suburban and USTA Practices, Private Lessons and Junior Program) MUST be completed NO LATER than 7:00 p.m. the day before the service or rental is scheduled.  Customers WILL BE CHARGED for any unused service or rental that is not cancelled or cancelled after 7:00 p.m. the preceding day.
