Club Policies – Updated Fall 2021


All Members and guests Must check in at the Front Desk each visit before entering court area.  In order to enter BT, you must be a paid Member or have paid a guest fee and signed a guest waiver.  


A $10.00 guest fee will be charged to all non-Members.  All guests MUST proceed directly to the front desk and fill out a guest waiver on their first visit.  Guests cannot reserve courts whatsoever.



Payments are due before services are rendered.  All payments must be completed at check-in before entering court area.  Members are strongly encouraged to maintain a valid credit card on file.  Credit cards stored on Member accounts will only be used with the permission of the Member.  Members with cards on file may elect to use any accepted form of tender to pay for any service.



Sign-up is required for all Adult and Junior programming, and House and Travel leagues and practices.  Sign-ups should be completed no later than 7:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled service.  To sign up for any BT service, please contact the Front Desk.



Cancellation for all court rentals and services (Adults Clinics, Suburban and USTA Practices, Private Lessons and Junior Program) MUST be completed NO LATER than 7:00 p.m. the day before the service or rental is scheduled.  Customers WILL BE CHARGED for any unused service or rental that is not cancelled or cancelled after 7:00 p.m. the preceding day.
