Saturday/Sunday	7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.	(June – Aug.)

The club is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Christmas Day.
The club will have limited hours on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Court Rates

Non - Prime	Monday – Friday	9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.	$28/hr.

Prime Time	Monday – Friday	4:30 p.m. – Close	$32/hr.
	Saturday/Sunday	9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.	$32/hr.

Court Reservation

To reserve a court, please contact the Front Desk at (248) 332-9221. You may only reserve a court up to seven (7) days in advance.

Free Junior Walk-On

Any Bloomfield Tennis Junior Member currently enrolled in a full session junior program is entitled to free walk-on court time. Junior program drop-ins not included.

Check In Procedures

All members and guests must check in at the Front Desk. If a customer does not check in at the front desk, he or she will be considered trespassing.

Guest Fees

A $10 guest fee will be charged to anyone who is not a member of the club. Guests must fill out a guest card and waiver on their first visit and each subsequent visit will be recorded by the front desk staff. Guests are limited to four visits per year. If a guest does not check in at the front desk, he or she will be considered trespassing.

Payments

Payments are due when services are rendered. We are also happy to accept prepayments for any lessons or other tennis programs. A valid credit card number can also be kept on file to be charged for any amounts placed on account.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Members will be billed for any court time, lesson, team practice or special event that is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Racquet Stringing

Bloomfield Tennis's Pro Shop also offers racquet stringing and grip services. Please contact the Front Desk for the type of string and cost of these services.

Babysitting Services

Babysitting services are offered as follows with the exception of holidays:

Monday – Friday

8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Cost of the babysitting services is $5 Members/$10 Non-Members per child per hour.

Babysitting hours are subject to change without notice.

Ball Hopper Rental

A complimentary hopper of tennis balls is available to rent at the front desk.

Ball Machine Rental

The Gamma ball machine is available on court 9 to rent at the front desk for $25.00 per hour.

Permanent Court Time

Advance purchase of court time enables you to reserve a specific date and time over an extended period. Bloomfield Tennis has a fall session (running September to December) and a winter session (running January to May).Only current members can purchase permanent court time. Please contact our Tennis Manager if you are interested in purchasing permanent court time.
